We have developed strict in-house systems and processes to ensure we deliver a quality result, each and every time. All overseen and managed by an experienced project management lead.
For each specific build, whether it is large or small, a senior project manager is assigned from the outset, to ensure all on-site and off-site resources and contractors are coordinated to deliver to the project build schedule.
Single point of contact | streamlined project management
We use the latest in project management technology, along with close on site tracking of project progress, and advanced project budgeting tools to support our project deliverables. We believe it’s important that one senior lead person takes the key role to oversee all aspect of the project, with an accurate and comprehensive overview of the entire project.
Across all aspects of the project
Our project management expertise covers all aspects of the project. This includes initial project scoping, budgeting, staff resourcing, additional external contractor support (if required), local council and consents (applications and approvals), scope management, risk management, health and safety requirements, and cost control.
On-site construction management
Once the project is approved and the site build is set to commence, our project management approach extends to dedicate a senior construction manager for the specific site. The construction manager oversees the day to day build, determining the resources and subcontractors required, and reports directly to the project manager. From our experience this ensures a quality and streamlined build approach.
