We understand the intricacies and complexity that comes with many refurbishment projects. The balance of working with the existing framework, but needing to modernise or re-work the space for its new commercial purpose. Our recent Lower Hutt project of the Naenae Post Office is testament to our capabilities.
Seismic works and structural upgrades
With Wellington’s location, being located right on the known Wellington fault line, our experience in seismic strengthening has been of significant benefit to many commercial building owners.
